Circuit Training
Our circuit training classes are designed to challenge your body by using several different movements in one workout.
We start each class with a dynamic warm up to get your ready for the workout. Then we work on a couple of different skills that are used in our workouts. These skills change daily and can include Olympic Weightlifting movements to jump rope or body weight movements like push up or sit ups. After the complete of the skills we move to our daily workout. We never repeat workouts, so you will always be challenged.
We can adapt the workouts and the movements for any skill level so there is no need to wonder if this is something you can do. Everyone and I mean everyone can do it.
