SUMMER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM
Our Summer Strength and Conditioning Program is designed with the Athlete in mind.
Weightlifting to increase your strength
Plyometrics to build explosive power
Agility drills to improve your ability to start, stop, and change direction while maintaining body control.
Flexibility training to increase your range of motion and prevent injuries.
TRAINING STARTS MAY 30 ENDS AUGUST 18

Don’t see a training time that fits your schedule. Let us know and we will work with you on a time that fits your needs.
THIS SUMMER WE ARE PAYING IT FORWARD.
When you sign up for our Summer Program Pure Force Fitness will donate $20.00 to your Club or Team.
Donation amount will increase to $25.00 when five or more members sign up.
When Ten or more memebrs sign up, we will increase our donation amount to $30.00
