SUMMER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM

Our Summer Strength and Conditioning Program is designed with the Athlete in mind.

  • Weightlifting to increase your strength
  • Plyometrics to build explosive power
  • Agility drills to improve your ability to start, stop, and change direction while maintaining body control.
  • Flexibility training to increase your range of motion and prevent injuries.

Don’t see a training time that fits your schedule. Let us know and we will work with you on a time that fits your needs.

THIS SUMMER WE ARE PAYING IT FORWARD.

  • When you sign up for our Summer Program Pure Force Fitness will donate $20.00 to your Club or Team.
  • Donation amount will increase to $25.00 when five or more members sign up.
  • When Ten or more memebrs sign up, we will increase our donation amount to $30.00
